seeking baby steps buddies! new habits

Looking to forge new habits among friends who relate to any of these obstacles-turning-to-stepping stones :)
-ADD -Depression - binge eating disorder -single mom in TV-free home
-parent of LD /ADD
Let's celebrate each baby step and hopefully share milestones along the way.

    Current goal: trying to eat fruit and vegetables
    Also finding the right meds.
    Longer term: can't wait to run around more playing ball with the kids outside! Can't wait to gradually start fitting into my old clothes again and give away what becomes too loose!

    I would say the best baby step is to cut sodas and sweet drinks. That's what got me started on this.
