    I had vsg on October 6th. I have lost 25 pounds so far. .I have been a stall a couple of days is this normal at this stage

    No worries, @abs0253 . The weight loss is so spectacular at the beginning, it's thrilling. If it stalls there's that niggling fear that the old heavy you will come roaring back. But this is a one way trip; stick with the eating plan, incorporate exercise as you are able, and you are well on your way.

    Thanks.. I just want the scale to move..I had a goal set for Nov 20th..it's looking far fetch now..I'm 15 pounds away
