Hitting your macros

I just started using my fitness pal. Before using it I'v been extremely careful with what I eat in order to lose weight. However, I still use to play the guessing game when it came to macros and even calories. Since using this app, I realized I'v been way under my calories and macros. Does anyone have any advice on how I can increase my intakes while being healthy? Currently I just eat eggs, oats, lean meat, veggies, sweet potato and sometimes brown rice. P.s my goal is to lower body abd fat and increase muscle (I weight train and do cardio)

What macros are you looking to increase? There is no real reason to limit your diet to eggs, oats, lean meat, vegetables, sweet potato, and brown rice. You can have fruits, other starchy vegetables, other grains (including wheat), oils . . . all of those things have various macros and calories and will help you meet your goals.0

Just eat a normal well balanced diet while tracking - closely tracking not close enough tracking - your calories and you should be fine.0
