Hello everyone,
I'm 5ft 3 and currently 12 and a half stone wanting to eventually get down to 8 and a half. I have a long way to go but with history of diabetes in my family I want to make sure I am fit and healthy. And quite frankly I have no excuse not to be. I have a huge appetite and a massive sweet tooth which is my weakness. Looking for support and to read everyone else's stories including their struggles and what works for them

Do you bring all the boys to the yard?
I use MiO. It does not kick in a insulin response but taste sweet to help me from going to sweets.0 -
Hello! I like to eat sweets also, I do the grocery shopping for the house so I make a list and make myself stick to it, which has helped me cut down on sweets. It takes some discipline. Fruit seems to help satisfy my urges a bit to. Add me! I am only about 3 weeks into my healthier lifestyle it would nice to share tge journey with people on a similar journey!0
