Hello everyone,
I'm 5ft 3 and currently 12 and a half stone wanting to eventually get down to 8 and a half. I have a long way to go but with history of diabetes in my family I want to make sure I am fit and healthy. And quite frankly I have no excuse not to be. I have a huge appetite and a massive sweet tooth which is my weakness. Looking for support and to read everyone else's stories including their struggles and what works for them :)

    Do you bring all the boys to the yard?

    I use MiO. It does not kick in a insulin response but taste sweet to help me from going to sweets.

    Hello! I like to eat sweets also, I do the grocery shopping for the house so I make a list and make myself stick to it, which has helped me cut down on sweets. It takes some discipline. Fruit seems to help satisfy my urges a bit to. Add me! I am only about 3 weeks into my healthier lifestyle it would nice to share tge journey with people on a similar journey!
