Hey 26 yr old wife and mother of 5 from massachusetts!! Just started eating low carb! Looking for some friends on here that are doing the same! SW:220 CW:216 GW:150 My hubby had gastric bypass 7 years ago went from 404lbs to a smoking hot 230lbs! Love that guy

    Hi there. I'm from MA also. I lost almost 40 lbs a few yrs ago on a low carb diet. I have been creeping up on the scale due to medicine, lack of exercise and other issues. Just joined here a few days ago but have decided to give lc a try again. I still have food at my home that isn't so it will be a transition for financial reasons. But have faith it works. My nurse practioner follows the same program and she looks fantastic and has loads of energy and she said a clearer mind. ~ k
