Back in the saddle!

Hi all!
About 7 years ago, I quit the gym. I was training for a figure comp and had reached amazing results (with a 12% BF!) but I felt it was taking over my life. Everything revolved around macros, bodyfat and personal bests. I needed a break. Then time got away from me...
Now, I just turned 40 and after 4 years living in the south, I have gained a little over 15lbs. I am now on a journey to shed the extra weight and get my body back.
I started running again in August. I go about 3.5 miles 3x a week. I also lift at home, 3-4x a week. So far, I've lost 4lbs in a month, which is slow but I am doing it the right way. I also shed 1% BF so that's good.
I am highly motivated but this community's support really helps. So glad to have found it. I used to post religiously in the female section on bodybuilding.com and it helped me stay accountable, but the website has been revamped and I can't find my former lifting buddies anymore. Hope to make new ones here!
