You likely won't lose 5KG in a month. You can make progress towards it by tracking your calorie intake with the tools available to you through this site and helpful posters on the forums. You don't need diet foods, you need to track the foods you eat. It's usually cheaper to lose weight as you don't consume as much. You need to be realistic and create achievable goals.

Here's some exercises I've collected that can be done at home.

Be at peace with your thighs. You have your biggest muscles there, that help you run and jump.

You most likely won't lose 5kg in a month unless you are severely obese.

Calculate a reasonable calorie goal; weigh, measure, and log all your food so that you stick to that calorie goal; get a little exercise; and be patient.

If you are close to your ideal weight, 5kg in a month is too fast to expect it to come off.

Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. You won't turn into a pumpkin if you lose 1kg this month rather than 5kg.

Slow and steady wins the race.

You don't need to eat special foods, just eat fewer calories than your body burns. Log your foods, weigh them with a food scale if you can, and record everything you eat or drink that has calories.

As for exercise, it's great but not required for weight loss. Weight loss is mostly from watching calorie intake. You don't need a gym. Even just walking around the neighborhood is helpful to get you moving.

5Kg (11lb) in 1 month is pretty dang tough unless you weight like 200lb. 2 months is more realistic and may still be too fast for you (not enough info posted)

Also, money has no bearing on ability to lose weight. I've lost 30lb paying $0 out of pocket for things that have actually helped me lose weight (note, I already owned a food scale that I used for making pizza since weighing flour is more accurate than measuring, so it may cost you $20 for the only item you need)

If you want to lose 5kgs, set your stats in MFP and set your goal to 0.25-0.5kg/week and eat that much. If you want to eat cake and muffins go right ahead, just make it fit. However, a meal of 100% carbs leaves me hungry shortly after. However, you don't have to steel cut oats either. Just eat a reasonably balanced diet that fits your calorie goal.

ok so 5kg = 11ish pounds... that is A LOT to lose in a month... now i am not saying it is not possible.. however... it is very hard to do... track everything (weigh everything if you can) .. you don't need diet foods... you need good healthy foods and to do a calorie deficit... healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week (unless you are significantly overweight... then you can go up to 2-3 pounds per week...but i am talking over 50 pounds overweight...) just do as much tracking as you can and create a deficit but don't eat too little either... you need to fuel your body. Good luck.
