Food before excersise

hi guys,

i wake up about 5am, and start working out about 6am-615am.
what is the best thing to eat when i wake up?
i normally do 1 and a half hours of excersise.

    I like oatmeal with some raisins in it. Keeps me full and energized.

    Oatmeal is a good choice, maybe toast with a banana. Something carby without being too heavy. I don't worry too much about it "sticking" since I follow up workouts with a meal to get in my protein.
