Hi i am Cherry~ recently I have started to go back to diet plan and realised that I will only lose weight when I ate food up to 1600/1700 calories per day but gain weight when I ate less than that. What does that mean? So far I have lose 3 inches in 5 days time. Is it too fast or too slow? For the current moment, I didn't restrict for my meals and eat normally but stay out to less meats and more vegetables only.

After 1 hour and a half of dancing, is it normal to feel hungry( I mean the stomach feel empty)? What can I take to make sure that it won't reverse what I have lose so far? For example, Cold soba, udon or 1/2 pcs of sushi or 1 onigiri? Currently I don't have a Fitbit with me so I usually unsure of how much I have lose per dance.

Please advice thanks.

Not sure. You need to open your diary.

It means you don't understand weight loss and proper logging.

I don't log into Everyday cause I can't find certain foods which is in my country inside the diary selection.

Well just suffice to say that you can't eat less and gain weight when you were previously losing (in your case) or lose slower. So in your troubleshooting of the problem start there
