healthy eating for pregnancy

Hello all,
I have recently found out that I am in the early stages of pregnancy. Next to the obvious stuff like no smoking or drinking, does anyone have any healthy tips for feeding this family addition? According to the internet I am basically allowed to drink alcohol free beer, but that's it, I even found a page saying salad was not a good option because it is raw.... :-/ Help will be appreciated.

Google foods to avoid or not eat during pregnancy. you'll be shocked by everything you can't have. on the good side, you can eat basically all the fruits and veg you want, beans, lentils, lean meat and most fish.
