Reality check ...or is it?

Well it has taken 54 days to realise I eat crap and drink too much. That being said I am enjoying the gym, feel stronger by the day and it is doing wonders for my head. Might have to accept that I am just not willing to change that much! It is good to be able to track and really see what I do, not just what I think i do. I do know that if I want to shift weight I need to change some things... but...do I really want to? I am strong, fit, healthy for the most part, enjoy what I do and live a pretty busy and social life. Balance kids, job, business, partner, family and mental illness. Keep going to the gym, try and balance out my bad days from good a bit more and on I go.

    Realization is half the battle. When you want this badly enough, you'll just do it.
