Hi All!
Does anyone know the best way to log a 45 minute kettlebell class (or on average how many calories you would burn in a class?)
Thanks!
Helen

I have used vigorous calisthenics for metcon oriented sessions and weight/strngth training for strength focused sessions. Since my primary focus at this time is fat loss I've decided to log fewer calories than it think I did to keep it from becoming an excuse to eat more. There is no entry for kettlebells, my primary method for exercise.0

Log it as circuit training.

I calculated what I burned based on my average heart rate and it was similar to the circuit training entry.0
