Wait until you stop breastfeeding. If you take 1200 calories breast milk will stop.0

1200 is too low. You'll need to add in at least 500 more calories to account for breastfeeding or it will affect your supply.0

When I was nursing I always tried to stay over 1500 cals. Normally I could feel if my milk supply was low so I'd up my calories.
Nursing moms born up to 500 cals.
Good luck new mama !

Hi, I've seen somewhere you musnt eat less than 1800 calories. I ate that much Or even more. (If you are hungry EAT!)
My little one is 6 months old and I'm still breastfeeding.
Take excersise easy and just go for a walk in the beginning. You will see that you will start to lose weight slowly.
I've lost 2.5 stone in six months.
I personally ate food that keeps your blood sugar level stable. Insanity workout diet is great. You never get hungry. You can find that on the Internet.
Congratulations and good luck
