7 Day Carb Cycle - ? about eating back calories

I've just finished reading the 7 Day Carb Cycle by Chris Powell. My question is I am doing strength training already in the gym in the evenings and burning abround 500 calories a night. Now if I start the 7 Day Carb Cycle on Monday and I do the Shredders and Shapers in the morning do I eat back some or all of the 500 calories I will be burning in the evening. OR do I stick to the 1200 and 1500 calories like the book says?
I don't want to stop the training that I am currently doing in the gym but I don't want to under fuel my body either.

It sounds like you're trying to combine two different plans (Carb Cycle and MFP) and that can frequently be confusing. That said, it's much easier (and healthier) to work out when you fuel your body appropriately.0
