Preparing for my first cheat

I have been successful at losing 20 pounds by not cheating and being very diligent. Low carb, high protein and fat and absolutely no alcohol.
I am going to two important celebrations tonight and although I do plan to avoid junk foods I also plan on having a couple glasses of wine

It feels like cheating! I did plan for it but still scale says up 3lbs. I know it is just water but why does that have to happen?!0
