7 day Carb Cycle ???

I've just finished reading the 7 Day Carb Cycle by Chris Powell. My question is I am doing strength training already in the gym in the evenings and burning around 500 calories a night. Now if I start the 7 Day Carb Cycle on Monday and I do the Shredders and Shapers in the morning do I eat back some or all of the 500 calories I will be burning in the evening. OR do I stick to the 1200 and 1500 calories like the book says?
I don't want to stop the training that I am currently doing in the gym but I don't want to under fuel my body either.

MFP is it's own nutrition plan and what you just read is it's own nutrition plan; you have to follow one or the other you can't necessarily mix the two. I would suggest picking one and sticking to it; I think if you mix the two you won't see the results you want. Make sure you understand that calorie requirement stated in the book too, 1200 sounds awfully low unless this is a short-term plan to break a plateau or help accelerate weight-loss.0
