Hi - I basically understand how net calories are calculated, but where do I want it to land every day? Should it be the same as my target calories, more, less? I'm still in the losing phase so I want to make sure I'm reading it right. I just added fitbit to my account so now I'm really lost ????. Thanks!

Hi!
Please give us your height and weight so we can better help.0 -
Your Daily Goal is the number you need to eat to. If you're a little under or a little over it's not a big deal though.0

Your goal AND your net are the SAME THING! Your goal is to have a net of X calories. Yours is probably like 1500calories or something if you're going to a slow, steady, HEALTHY weight losss...?0

Got it - thank you everyone for your help!0
