Help!

Why is it I cannot stay motivated longer than two weeks!? I completely stopped exercising and have been going over my daily caloric intake by at least 200 every day. I then think....tomorrow I will be better.

I have a wedding in three months and REALLY would like to look good in Mexico for my hubby (mostly for myself). Any support would be appreciated. Advice to keep me on track? Anything would be great.

    It took me until age 63 and facing major health risks if I did not get my pain managed by my diet. I wish I had given up all grain and most all sugars 40 years earlier now a year later and I see the wonderful results.

    We all have to find something that motivates us.

    For starters you could stop complex exercising and just walk a quarter mile a day. Eat foods that will leave you stuffed for 8 hours can work I know.

    In short there are no magical words that can make us act in our best interest. :)

    Since you are only 90 days away from your trip shopping well for clothes may be an option. Have a wonderful trip regardless of your weight.

    Congrats on your upcoming wedding. Maybe you have set your goal weight loss per week to aggressive.

    5 1/2 months ago, I got motivated and started losing ( lost 48 lbs.) and I have never figured out why I was suddenly motivated. I think someone may have said something to me about my weight.
