I completely agree with it being easy to overeat, but what isn't?

It's harder to accidentally eat an extra egg than misjudge an extra tablespoon of PB. Especially PB.
It's like going to one of those Wok places where you can eat all you can fit in a bowl. I can get that thing piled high and say: it's just a bowl. PB spoons tend to get taller and taller...

I like PB A LOT. And add it to greek yogurt and various other things. I don't think I'd like this, but that's not the point.

Help me understand it from a nutrition perspective, why is adding PB and removing egg yolks a better diet decision?
How many calories in 7 egg whites and a couple of tablespoons off PB versus, say 4 whole eggs and a bit of cheese or a bit of, say, salsa?

So, If i cut the eggs back to 4 and added cheese, I'd be approaching 400 calories give or take. Using the egg whites and crunchy PNB, and most times I only use 1TBS, I haven't even broke 200. Under 300 with both TBS. So from a calorie standpoint and a feeling full standpoint, it works for me.

I'm just curious, what is your daily calorie goal that you can't make 400 calories for a meal fit?

And I prefer savory omelettes if for no other reason I can add tons of veggies and some bulk to the meal for not a lot of calories.

Remove the eggs. Add Pretzel bread and jelly. PBJ never fails. :)

I ... cannot imagine this flavor combo.

Have to say this does sound very unappetizing.
