Hi all I'm Addie Michelle and Im looking for other "cysters" on here as a sort of support group. As we all know having poly cystic ovarian syndrome is not a walk in the park but with some encouragement i think it will give a "boost" and keep us on the right track :)

Hey ladies! I'm Zita and I have it too plus hypothyroid - it's a longer journey but so worth it. Dropped -20lbs before the app just looking to continue to be healthy.

Please feel free to add me if you'd like.

Hi! I suffer from pcos too. I am 5"3 and weigh 165lbs in April 2015. After my hard work now I am 128lbs. I need to loose few lbs more and then maintain it. Few days back I found MFP and it is totally amazing how it connects people. :-)
Check out this link. It might be of some sort of help >:D<

I have PCOS also. Metformin is what has helped me. Losing weight is more difficult. I will keep in pushing though!

Hi yes I was diagnosed over a year ago after I have an emergency c section to removed half my uterus and overy along with a very big cyst. It has been 12 months since then and I have gained 25kg. I start my weight loss journey today.
