Cheat Day Failure (in a good way)

Does anyone else find that they fail at their cheat day? Like, you get in the habit of eating right so much that when cheat day comes, you don't over-eat as nearly as much as you would had in the past before the diet.. It's kind of nice. I bought a cheeseburger and fries, medium size, and didn't even finish the burger or fries in the sitting. Old me would have been able to destroy a large with no issue. Positive progress, yeah?
