Today was my birthday!

Cccaaakkkeee. Yes yes. I caved. But tomorrow. I am back on the horse. .. I Ave hypothyroidism and weight loss is hard. I have lost 4 lbs this month by making sure I eat. And this app keeps me on track. Most days I get 3 meals in but it's hard when I have spent my life starving myself and gaining weight. So. I am happy with 4 lbs! Many more to go. I just hope I don't wander off the trail. Eating is important! food choices are even more important! Wish me luck. Really researching. Adding important nutrients for my thytoid.like Magnesium, vit. D... adding in healthy foods for my liver like more fresh garlic, brocolli.. fresh lemonade, more fish. . Well. Here's to a healthy life!
