How to log weight training

I was just wondering if you guys have a good way to log weight training calorie. Please let me know cuz I don't know if I'm logging them correctly..

Weight training under cardio.0

Alternatively you can log it under strength but, you need to enter reps and weight. That's ok if the exercise is in MFP but, sometimes it's not. Then I just log it in cardio0

Logging it under weight is to keep track for yourself. It won't give you any calories.0 -
