My story is quite boring. I used to work out a lot and was around 150lb quite healthy, had my second child 6 years ago and suffered postnatal depression. My weight crept up to about 170lb which was quite a shock at the time so rejoined a gym. Was doing well for a while.....
Then my relationship broke down and over the years the weight has just piled on! Weighed myself last week and was totally and utterly shocked big time when I saw 204lb! Lost 5lb this week so 199lb now and hopefully on the road to a new me....

I Started college at 215. Got married at 255. 16 years later I topped out at 332. But I lost 110 lb with the help of Mfp. You can do this. Feel free to add me for support.0
