Hi all. I am using myfitnesspal for about 7 - 8 months and I found it very useful for weight loss. That's because I can not train hard because of an leg injury. So I train moderately and count my calories as much precisely I can, because there are no calories count for lot of Serbian meals. I use walking and swimming as a main activities, and count burned calories via Garmin express.

My goal is not only to lose weight but to first get estimate body fat percentage of 17 - 20%. After that I will maybe start running, or maybe doing some HIT training to maintain my weight and body fat.0
