Hi there,
Bit of a weird question but here we go:
Last week a go, I had protruding veins on my forearms, for the first time in a long time, felt awesome. Fast forward to these week, even though I've lost another 4lbs, the veins have gone and are less visible. How do that work?

Temperature? Your body might have been pushing blood to the surface last week, trying to cool down, but you weren't as hot this week (take that whatever way you like lol)0

The veins in my arms stand proud after I have been doing something physical. This can range from the washing up right up to lifting heavy stuff.
If I haven't done much my veins don't stand up.0 -
