HAS ANYONE OF YOU DONE WEIGHT WATCHERS? I AM CONFUSED IF I SHOULD MFP OR WW. I NEED TO LOSE 80LBS. I WALK AT MY JOB I KNOW I CAN WALK MORE I AM GOING TO BE WALKING EVERYDAY 2-4 MILES.. I JUST NEED TO GET OUT THIS SLUM. I HAVE HAD 5 KIDS AND I AM 31 IF I DONT START NOW I WILL NEVER DO IT. I AM GOOD FOR 3 MONTHS THEN I GET BOARD AND THEN I BUT FIVE LBS THEN I DO IT AGAIN ITS A YO YO DIETING I NEED A LIFESTYLE CHANGE

I did weight watcher 10 years ago. It did help. A friend of mine has done it twice, and it worked for him.
But in my honest opinion, calculating and totaling points gets tiresome. That is why I switched to the myfitnesspal food diary. I scan a barcode with my smartphone and it auto put the food in diary.
