For me, at about 10 pounds I started getting comments.0

For me, around 10 too. The trick is to stop wearing baggie clothes and show off that emerging shape. Clothes that don't fit can add pounds.0

I think it was around 30 pounds for me. I agree with @randomsue that clothes make a big difference. I tended to wear baggy/shapeless clothing. When I started getting new clothes, it took my husband reassuring me that my clothes weren't too tight for me to wear some new styles. And they really weren't tight at all, they were just more tailored/fitted than the clothes I wore previously.0

For me it was only when I started wearing more flattering and fitting clothes. I think that was at about 25Lbs.0

For me, it was around 30 lbs - and even then it was like "Have you lost a pound or two?!" - so unfair!
Haha.0 -
I personally started noticing around 10-15lbs. People started commenting around 20-25lbs.0

Haha.
Ha!
I found that women would say "You've lost weight!" and men would say "Did you get a hair cut? There's something different..." and then they would look puzzled.0 -
I loved the compliments... the first time or two. After that I started to get really uncomfortable. And now, I find myself giving the death stare to anyone who comments about my weight loss.
Maybe it's unfair 'cause they're just trying to be nice. But I really hate the scrutiny and I hate how some people are really rude about how they express it, too.0 -
I had my first comment a couple days ago and I have dropped 19.3 lbs since the fourth of July. It makes me wonder if I either A: carried the weight well or B: people think I still look overly big (I still have a ways to go on losing).0

Around 30, but I was pretty overweight. It was related to me starting to wear different/more flattering clothes, too.0
