Drinking mass protein before bedtime

I was wondering wether drinking mass protein before bedtime is good for your health or not??

    I like to eat protein before bed if I can because I hate sleeping on an empty stomach, so it works great for me when I do something like that. I'd say try it and see what happens. :)

    No. Bad anytime....especially before bed! Excess converts to sugar first, and then fat.

    Why is it bad at anytime? Or before bed...? On the other thread you have said that a late night snack is bad because it turns to fat. Please stop it.

    I believe these related to large meals but even then its highly individualized. Whey proteins digest extremely quickly. And since whey comes from milk, it shouldnt be an issue unless you have acid reflux issues.

    OP, the only issue it would have is if it prevents you from sleeping. You will have to try it to see if it works for you.

    OP as mentioned above, I regularly read that Casein is the go to protein to have before bed.
