So I have had this app for about two years a keep deleting it and I only have been using it to keep track of my calories and that's sometimes when I remember. But I know that if I have someone to push me and motivate me it will help me a lot. So don't be afraid to add "friend" and I will promise you we will keep each other motivated. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by December
