I walk on the treadmill daily for an hour and a half at 3.1 mph at 10%incline. Would this be considered moderately active? Im 23 year old female 5'9 and 135lbs, i want to maintain but not sure how many calories to consume
some help would be awesome!

Yes, that is generally considered a moderate amount of activity.
How many steps are you getting from incidental activity throughout the day? Are ALL of your steps coming from walking slowly on the treadmill?0 -
Exercise is not part of your activity level. Your activity level is your normal daily activity and exercise is added separately.0

Depends on if you're inputting your exercise into MFP. If you are, calling yourself moderately active is double dipping.0 -

I guess sedentary is the correct setting since you sit all day. What I would do is just leave it alone....keep doing what you're doing, and if you see that you're starting to lose weight just tack a few more calories on per day.
This seems to be something people have to play with a bit to see exactly what's right for them.0
