getting back on the horse

Started and stopped this journey 100 times. Getting back on the horse and getting this done. I've gotten down to 218 and want to get to onderland so badly. I'm the mother of two boys, have a wonderful bf, and work crazy hours some weeks. Want to get healthy for me and my family. Running my first 10k in a little over a month.     I'm right there with you.I can't tell you how many times I've started and stopped.I really want to stick with it this time.I'm starting at 205 and would love to get to 140.I quit smoking about 3 years ago and gained 50 lbs.I am a mother of seven 4 girls 3 boys.I also work crazy hours.I've been trying to get in a workout everyday.I'm new to this so I don't know how to add friends.I'd love to add ya though.Add me if you'd like
