Can someone help me with figuring out how many calories I burned?

I am not sure how many calories I burned but I did 120 rear leg raises, 60 sumo squats, 20 normal squats, 50 bicycle crunches, 60 fire hydrants, 130 donkey kicks, 100 side lying leg raises and a bit of jumping jacks and planks. I wish I knew how many calories that all is. Is about 120 calories safe to put? I didnt sweat a lot :( So I feel like I burned nothing....
If I dont have a heart monitor, is there a way to guestimate how many calories I burned? :( I really would hope that doing all that burned something, so I dont feel so bad eating a bit today.
I also ate a taco bell burrito for like 380 calories, so I worked out extra on this on top of my cardio or HIIT or whatever it's called for the day.

Oh, I should explain, I did those excersises over the course of about 2 hours? It wasnt purely back to back. I maybe took a little 10 minute break here or there :)

Somewhere between 50 and 100 possibly.

Calorie expenditure is a function of mass and distance so none of those moved much mass over much distance.
