Should you up your calories slow

    Yes! No! Maybe! More information required for a good answer. For most situations I can think of, the answer would be yes, but the definition of slowly can vary greatly.

    Sure, why not? There are no laws. I prefer to up slowly so I don't see a jump on the scale, simply for peace of mind after working my butt off to lose.

    I've done both slow increase and all in one hit increase.
    Both work but there's a good chance you will have to fine tune and adjust whichever way you do it.

    So the answer is yes/no/either depending on your circumstances.
