If All Else Fails....

House clean.
My husband and I just got back from our business trip, got home late and really didn't have time to exercise.
If I did it would have kept me wired till after 10, when I have to be in bed 10 to get my minimum 7 hours of sleep.
So I did the next best thing - cleaning house, unpacking and putting things back where they go and getting ready for tomorrow morning, which is work.
My steps did only ad up to over 6,000, (I aim for a day of 10,000+) but it was better than 3,000 being most my time was spent either sitting in a car or in a meeting.
What do you do to make up for your lost steps or calorie burn?
