Did I burn enough calories to keep me 'safe'?

Normally I wouldn't care about how many calories I burnt, but I was a huge nibbler today because I was catering, and I've deprived myself of sweets for ages and I couldn't take it anymore *-*. Not like I had a whole cake or something, just a few cookies here and there and a lot of appetizers, plus my breakfast/lunch. But my shift was 16 hours (yup, 8am to 12am) and I was constantly on my feet for all 16, lifting heavy objects and running around preparing food and was wondering if I should be worried at all for probably going over my daily intake, even though it's just one day? Did I burn enough to keep me safe? Just paranoid per usual dont mind my stupidity, any reassurance will help ease my mind.

definitely. And besides- one day of unhealthy eating isn't going to set you back to much, if at all. so don't worry about it!!0
