You can do it!!!!!! I say this to myself everyday.if you exercise every other day you WILL lose weight! I lost 5 pounds in two months and I know you guys can do it because if I can do it you definitely can do it! Believe in yourself!!!!!!

Exercise is good.
However one can also lose weight exercising every day or exercising no days - or can not lose weight doing so.
All boils down to whether you are eating less than you burn.0 -
Exercise is great, it improves the body and the mind and the dedication we put into it helps us reach our other goals. Regular vigorous exercise is important for long term health and can help turn around a number of health issues that sedentary, heavy, people frequently fall prey to.
You'll get people pushing back telling you that you don't need to exercise to lose weight. Strictly speaking, that is true - you merely need a calorie deficit, however you get one be it through diet alone or a combination of diet and exercise.
Those people are right, but the curt way in which they typically put things serves to gloss over the benefits of exercise, leaving other readers to miss a larger point.
Last year at this time I could barely run 1 kilometer without stopping and wheezing, frequently. This morning (real soon now) I'm running a 25km mountain race with 4,250 feet of elevation gain. For fun. There's just no comparison between my life then and now. Oh yeah, in addition to being very fit now I'm also 81 pounds lighter and more than 40 of those I lost without counting a single calorie. I'd started my running program and made some common sense eating choices - so yes, a combo of diet and exercise left me in deficit.
But the more important benefit to me was vastly increased fitness and a world of fun through running and outdoor adventure.
So I'm with you! If I can do it, most any one can.0
