carb target goals

I am confused what is a good carb amount for my post gastric sleeve surgery. I am trying to watch everything and i feel that i am failing in this area. How many carbs is too much?

    For most people, carb goals are pretty much personal preference, provided you're maintaining your overall caloric goals.

    However with the additional complication of having a gastric sleeve, this is probably a question better suited for your doctor or the dietician you're working with post-surgery

    Didn't your doctor or dietitian give you advice? I'd go with that or ask to meet with a dietitian.

    Hi - I just want to ask you to please be aware of the 'advice' you give people. :)
    I posted a thread on the 'maintaining weight' section about what to do if I go over my maintenance calories here and there and your response was "Don't pig out - simple". Not helpful. Now I see you telling OP not to stay below 100 on carbs - where are you getting your information from?
