How much have you lost from just walking?

I am curious at to how much weight you have lost from just watching? I unfortunately am not in enough shape to run quite yet :)

    Lost my first 2 stone (18 down to just under 16) from pretty much walking only. 4.5 miles a day, every day. It took a year but for one small change it made a massive difference.

    I walk around 4 miles every week day and have been doing that for the past 5 weeks, although I have now added extra cardio this has increased my weight loss. I also lost 3 stone in a year back in uni purely from walking about 6 miles a day, I hardly changed my eating habits (i was only 20 though) walking works and doesnt hurt. :)

    before I started running/jogging i lost about 30 lbs

    though when you think you are up to it look into a couch to 5k program, that is how i started running :)
