started using myfitnesspal in January and had brilliant results but sadly i fell off the wagon in May and iv now put on a total of 3lbs I'm determined today to get back on track and reach my goal weight just need the help and motivation of the people on here feel free to add me as a friend and any suggestions would be appreciated

Three lbs isn't the end of the world, especially if you've been going since January. I've been going since February and a couple of times I've gone up by 5-6lbs. I just get straight back on track, and you know what - it seems to know that it's fat that has recently moved and the next week or two it all comes back off again. Feel free to add me if you'd like.0
