Can't figure this out...

Can someone please help me with this app? How can I tell where a person is located? City state country etc? Is there a way to find this out without asking?

Sara, if you log in through the website either on a computer or through your internet browser on your phone, you can then click on someone's name and see whatever information they allow via their profile (some block access to those that aren't friends)
