Anyone tried Iaso tea for detoxing?

I tried a few other detoxes and was miserable! I had to stay near restroom with master cleanse! I know detoxing is great for you and I like that this one has a gentle detox and health benefits too!

These "detoxes" are terrible for you. They're laxatives.

Your body handles detoxing through the liver and kidneys. You don't need to buy anything special.

Detoxes aren't necessary and can actually be very harmful. The pills/teas are typically laxatives to I guess speed up what your body does naturally.

Food or drink detoxing isn't recognized or scientifically supported by any Journal of Medicine or Science. This is why many here don't follow detox diets.

There are some benefits to tea, but detoxing isn't one of them.
If we're going by your OP, then it has to be stated based on actual scientific evidence and not based on advertisement from holistic approaches.

Yes, it's hard to get off of them without getting constipation issues and getting dependent on them.

Your body detoxes by itself and they are NOT "great for you". You're basically taking a laxative.
