Does anyone else ever get a 'cold headache' from drinking smoothies??

Urgmmnhhh... Hurts so bad! Does anyone get this... Like my forehead is going to explode from cold! It doesn't happen every time I have a smoothie, but weirdly sometimes it comes on really strong within 2-3 sips! So weird?!! Even when I drink it slow, I still can get it...

In the past I have had the brain freeze experience. I remember it was not fun.

True, but then it's room temperature....yucky I think? Luke warm banana slushies.... Like beer, I don't think smoothies are meant to be warm or room temp....I love the ice, just don't want the brain freeze lol

Maybe try letting it stand for a little before drinking

Press your tongue on the roof of your mouth to get rid of brain freeze.
