Beginning my diet journey....looking for any suggestions or ideas on things to eat to cut the junk food cravings. Foods to prepare that are healthy and exercise tips. I started out walking everyday for 45min-1hr. Thinking of investing in a treadmill to make work & home flow a little easier. Any suggestion or advice is appreciated. Calorie intake is 1400. Weight loss goal is 40lbs.
