Hello, today I read about a supplement called Waterex, which prevents the body from retaining water, and making you become slimmer by the process.

I already use Tonalin CLA and Burn 60, just to boost metabolism and have energy to exercise (I am depressed and cannot get out of bed without pills). People think they are dangerous and unhealthy, but so far so good. I'll inform you about the longer term effects.

Has anyone used Waterex before, or currently? Is it really helpful? What kind of effects are you observing?

Which other supplements are you using?

Thank you already for the informations :)

You need to start thinking about your weight loss in a more healthy way.

It is not healthy to lose 37lbs in 12 weeks, it is not healthy to live on food designed for a babies body, it is not healthy to lose weight for someone else, it is not healthy to eat 1000 calories a day.

Your body needs food and water to keep functioning. It will waste any water you don't need. Please read the starter threads on this site, they can help you lose weight but in a more sustainable way. Be kind to yourself.

The baby food has organic vegetables and fruits, what is wrong with eating that? I don't only consume it, I eat other food too. I just thought it would be nice to add it on my diet.

I increased it to 1200 calories :) which is the suggested intake ^^
