Do you get the same nutritions if you blend fruits together i trying new things out.

I think so. If you eat the pulp (not just the juice), and eat it immidiately (vitamins break down when exposed to oxygen).0

That's wonderful. I had that yesterdayExcept I found out that it's even better with just (whole) milk instead of yogurt. It's the banana that makes the smoothie nice and thick.
