Preparing for my new year resolution (Becoming a vegatarian) :)

I slowly stoped eating lots of foods meat,dairy, bread, tortilla junk foods anything that was in my way of completing my goal . Ive always struggled with being fat .i hated the way i looked felt and was in such a bad mood when i would eat well i felt different i felt less stress and good and noticed it . ive always exercised and that would help me heal . I have 3 kids 14 yr 6yr and a 5 yr and a husband and he has been supportive with everthing that i do. Now that im done with having kids its time to do me i always challenge myself and it helps me stay in control.when i exercies i do more than my body wants because when i dont feel pain then there will be no change . So i give it more than what its aking for i feel like crying but at the end of the day i feel great so my next step is becoming a vegetarian and counting my calories is going to be very very helpful especially to see people going through the same thing . So here i go ...
