hi all, I'm Serine, working from home and looking after my family. I'm a designer/seamstress and I specialise in plus size corsetry. I'm super duper curvy but I've just had my 40th and it is time to get healthy now. I am in for the long-haul, as I have over 50kgs to lose. I'm short so I pretty much have to halve my body size to be of a healthy weight. I'm in a pretty good place having just started, I am on 1200 a day, and I'm trying not to eat carbs in the evenings, and make healthy choices with lots of veggies and lean proteins. I hope to start swimming soon, as I enjoyed my 1hr swim when I was on holiday - just need a gym membership. I do let myself have a normal day every once in a while, but my progress is good at the moment, so I'm happy. I'llneed someone support once I get to the four week mark, as I tend to go off track, so any encouragement you can offer will be so much appreciated! Thanks so much guys, please say hi!!! X
