Hi All!
I'm new to MFP. I'm trying to get back into shape and also lose weight. I have to have structure otherwise I will not stick to this. I am a female and I'm not really into chest and back and bi and tris so to speak but I want a workout plan that hits the basics. Example mostly legs, butt, arms, abs. This is were I'm stalled. I want to make a general workout plan for what days I do what but I don't know if that will be to generic and get the results I'm looking for. Can anyone give me some advice?

If I understand correctly you want to start weight training?
These are good structured full body beginner programs:
Stronglifts 5x5
Starting strength
New rules of lifting (women)
Strong curves
All these programs are full body and focused around the 5 main lifts, little isolation (one specific muscle) work.
All are very structured and tell you how often to workout, what weights to use, when to increase, etc.0
