Hello my name is Brandon and today I have decided to take the first step forward twards living a better life I am not new to diet and exercise I have done it off and on for as long as I can remember. But due to recent events in my life I'm looking to shed weight and stay healthy the rest of my life the only struggle I have is with nutrition really and wld love to hear some feedback or advice on getting started and staying on track to meet my goals
